Last week I didn't take my measurements since I'd only been exercising for one week. Last night, I gave it a try and almost fell over.
Chest: one inch less (really, that's OK!!)
Waist: down TWO inches....I know, I can't believe it either!
Hips: down 1/2 an inch. Wish that was more, since my hips are the reason I can't fit into my clothes, but I will take it!
Woo, Hoo! Here we go, week three!
