Time for another video from the website How It Should Have Ended (HISHE)

My sister LOVES the movie Inception.  And when I say she loves it, that really is an understatement.  I would say she's borderline obsessed with this movie!

I really like this movie too.  It's one of those rare movies that gets you really thinking.  And for the record, I think the top kept on spinning.

This clip is really for my sister, to poke fun at her favorite movie.  But it's also great for anyone who's seen the movie.

For YouTube Friday, How Inception Should Have Ended.  Enjoy!

10 Things That Make You Feel Old

New Kids On The Block are in their 40's and have children

The 3rd graders in the class I'm subbing for were born in 2002!

The kids today think that Star Wars is all about Anakin Skywalker, Jar Jar Binks, and the horrible pod races!

When I think that people are older than they really are; it makes me wonder, am I beginning to look old too?

September 11th was almost 10 years ago

I graduated high school 15 years ago this June

My husband is only turning 30 this year!  Being older than your spouse sucks!!

I was lucky enough to inherit the "go grey early" gene.  If I didn't color my hair, it would be a scary sight!  And how unfair is it that grey hair on a man is "distinguished", but on a woman it means she's old?!?

Well, I could only think of 8, sorry.

Star Wars Saturday

Brandon enjoys playing Lego Star Wars on the computer.  It's amazing to watch how good he is at this game.  He's not even four yet and he can play it better than I can!

Anyway, today I found a YouTube Video (found another video downloader!) that tells the story of Star Wars in less than 2 1/2 minutes, by a boy who has an AMAZING collection of Lego Star Wars toys.

Normally I could care less about this sort of stuff, but this video impresses me because a child did it, (and I don't know how to!) and it's funny!

Well, my YouTube Downloader isn't working today, so I bring you my "back up" YouTube Friday video!  Hopefully it starts working again, or I will have a heartattack!

For your YouTube Friday, a great fan video of my favorite TV show, NCIS!

10 Toys From Your Childhood

Growing up in the 1980s, we had the COOLEST toys!  Here is a list of 10 toys I had as a child; at least, the toys that I can remember!!

Cabbage Patch Kids

Every mother in the country was trying to get their hands on these when they first appeared.  Fighting, pushing, blood, moms were desperate to bring these home to their daughters!  And for some reason, we LOVED these crazy looking dolls!

Care Bears

I had two or three of these.  Rainbow Bear might've been one of them!  Is it worse that I had one, or that I can remember the name of the Care Bear I had?!?

Glo Worm

It is a stuffed worm that would glow when you squeezed it, what's not to love?

My Little Pony

Plastic horses with manes and tails that could be brushed.  With the little stamp on their behinds, girls went crazy for these.  My sister and I had a few.  The scary thing is that they've once again become popular!

Pound Puppies
I LOVED these dogs!  I had quite a few throughout my childhood, along with the "baby" puppies.

Rainbow Brite

I remember that I LOVED the cartoon, and somewhere in the back of my mind the doll seems familiar.

Strawberry Shortcake

Pajamas, dolls, sheets, I had it all when it came to Strawberry Shortcake!

Teddy Ruxpin

Considered very advanced for the 80s, this bear could talk and actually move his mouth and eyes.  Simply put the cassette tape of his adventures into his back and watch him go!  Looking at him now, he seems like a toy that should be in a slasher movie killing people.....like Chucky or something!

The Wuzzles

Bumblelion....anyone else remember him?

Pogo Balls

I was never any good at making the Pogo Ball work correctly, but I sure had a lot of fun trying!!
